Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: You can return items within 15 days of delivery. They must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return:
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items marked non-returnable at purchase
    • Used, altered, or damaged items

How to Return Your Item

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed).
  3. Authorization: We’ll guide you with return instructions and send you a return form.
  4. Send It Back: Securely pack your item, include the form, and ship it to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If we made a mistake—like sending the wrong item or a defective one—we cover 100% of the return shipping.
  • Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping or insurance, since we can’t guarantee received items without it.

Refund Process

  • After we get your item, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, though your bank may take longer to complete the process.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? No problem—just contact us and we’ll arrange the exchange based on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or faulty item? Reach out immediately with photos so we can sort out a refund or replacement promptly.
